Jack Cola (John D. Colaiacovo) in 2004 had envisioned making a virtual law firm to serve people with just a few clicks. Although he attended law school at New York University and passing the New York state bar exam, he never swore in.
Cola's life had pulled him in a different direction and he pursued a career in corporate America specifically in the Fortune 500. However, his life long friend and sometimes attorney Lisa Esposito encouraged Cola to always manifest his idea into reality.
After years of playing with the idea and the overall frame of the website, Cola created AbstractLaw.com. Cola seamlessly passed ownership over the domain and website with all structural and intellectual property integrity (including the social media integration and implementation) to his life long friend Lisa Esposito, the firm's Chief Executive Officer and Senior Managing Partner.
Today, Cola is a 3 time Fortune Rated Chief Executive Officer. He has headed companies like Lucentra, Accolade Global and Centel Media, just to name a few. He currently resides in the Capital Region of the Great State of New York and is the President and Owner of Forrester Corporation, a trucking company serving the New York and based out of Pennsylvania.
